Amanda Larson

As a founding partner of Kema Sage Business Solutions, Meghan Jaskowiak leads the Operations Consulting practice with a passion for helping organizations work smarter, faster, and with greater clarity. She specializes in building operational strategies that streamline workflows, modernize systems, and position businesses for scalable, long-term success.

Meghan brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience in operational leadership, process development, and organizational optimization. After graduating from UTSA with a degree in professional writing, she entered the consulting world, documenting complex business procedures—work that became the foundation for her deep expertise in systemizing operations.

She went on to serve as a senior leader at San Antonio–based consulting firm Business Financial Group, advising on training, onboarding, marketing, recruiting, and internal systems. Known for her ability to take ambiguous challenges and build order from them, Meghan has designed and implemented cloud-based training programs, modernized marketing infrastructure, evaluated ticketing and workflow systems, and strengthened internal support structures for teams. Eventually advancing to Director of Operations, she oversaw service delivery across a multidisciplinary consulting firm, ensuring smooth execution, cross-departmental alignment, and an exceptional client experience.

When she’s not helping organizations elevate their operations, Meghan, her husband, and their two energetic daughters enjoy life with their cat and four rescued dogs.
