Kim Moore is a founding partner and strategic advisor to Kema Sage Business Solutions, bringing more than 35 years of experience in financial services, employee benefits, and business consulting.

Kim was a co-founder and longtime leader of Business Financial Group (BFG), where he worked closely with business owners on long-term financial strategy, succession planning, and the development of employee benefits and retirement programs. He also played a key role in the firm’s growth and strategic direction over several decades.

At Kema Sage, Kim provides high-level guidance on firm strategy, growth initiatives, and service development. He works closely with the leadership team as a trusted advisor—offering perspective, helping refine long-term direction, and supporting key business decisions.
