Our Story
Kema Sage Business Solutions represents the next chapter of a long-standing partnership.
Our founding team worked together for many years at Business Financial Group (BFG), an HR and financial consulting firm known for helping business owners manage employee benefits, HR operations, and long-term planning. Through that experience, we built deep relationships, a shared approach to consulting, and a strong track record of supporting clients through growth and change.
When BFG was sold, Amanda Larson, Meghan Jaskowiak, Kari Hulse, and Emily Lackey saw an opportunity to carry that work forward—creating a firm that reflects both the foundation they came from and the future they want to build.
Kema Sage was launched with the support of BFG founders Kim Moore and Lynn Weirich, who remain actively involved as founding partners and strategic advisors. Their continued guidance, along with their role in making key connections and shaping strategy, represents a natural generational transition—blending decades of expertise with a new phase of leadership and innovation.
