Kari Hulse 

As a founding partner and the Business Operations Manager at Kema Business Solutions, Kari leads the daily operations of client-facing teams and ensures that every client has a smooth, consistent, and positive experience. She focuses on improving processes, aligning service delivery across departments, and using client feedback and data to strengthen satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Kari graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. She has been in the consulting industry since 2012, with experience in financial consulting, corporate retirement services, and cross-department operations. She brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to her work and plays a key role in supporting firm-wide client relationships.

Outside of the office, she enjoys softball, traveling, and watching her son perform in marching band competitions.
