Lynn Weirich

Lynn Weirich is a founding partner and strategic advisor to Kema Sage Business Solutions, with more than 40 years of experience in employee benefits, HR consulting, and business leadership.

Lynn co-founded and served as President of Business Financial Group (BFG), where she led client service, operations, and long-term strategic planning. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with business owners to help them navigate the complexities of employee benefits, HR systems, and organizational growth.

At Kema Sage, Lynn plays an active advisory role—supporting business development efforts, making strategic introductions, and providing insight into proposal strategy and client relationships. She also partners with the leadership team on professional standards, positioning, and long-term growth initiatives.

Lynn is also a passionate advocate for women in business and has long been involved with NAWBO San Antonio, where she is a founding member and past president. Her leadership and commitment to mentorship have made a lasting impact both within the industry and the broader business community.
