As a founding partner and the Finance & Office Manager at Kema Sage Business Solutions, Emily keeps the firm running smoothly by overseeing administrative and financial processes. She supports everything from budgeting and invoicing to employee onboarding and vendor coordination—helping ensure that clients and team members experience consistent, organized service.


Emily holds a degree in mathematics from Texas A&M University and previously worked as both a teacher and in accounting roles before transitioning into the consulting world. Her background gives her a strong mix of analytical and practical skills that guide her approach.


Outside of work, she enjoys reading thriller novels, spending time with family and friends, and watching Aggie football. Whoop!
